How do you run one of the nation's top-rated graphic arts firms, be a top-notch husband and father, and be a top-flight triathlete competing worldwide? I don't know. But I do know one person who pulls it off quite well -- and that's XYZ Co-founder and President Sean McGlynn.
So naturally, I had to have Sean come on the show and provide us with an inside look on how he stays on top of work, family, and fitness -- happily succeeding in all three. We're all busy in just about every area of our lives and Sean puts things in perspective with time management, hard work, and, of course, fun. In addition to working with such elite companies as Acura, Nike, Google, T-Mobile, Toyota, Virgin America, etc. and squeezing in triathlons, Sean also surfs, plays basketball, snowboards, and cycles -- along with coaching his kids' teams and carving out some special time with his wife Shauna. He's one of this planet's truly good dudes, who has some excellent advice on how to juggle a busy home and work life and stay fit and healthy for both to succeed. Enjoy!

Author, entrepreneur, mentor, and family man Eric Wagner joins us on the show to discuss how his fitness routine helped achieve big time success in his career. Eric, founder of Mighty Wise Academy and Forbes contributor, has started and sold numerous companies over the years. But the one thing that has remained a constant in his life has been his fitness -- which kept his body, mind, and soul sharp to succeed.
As previously mentioned, Eric has a business mentorship company called Mighty Wise Academy, where he provides aspiring entrepreneurs with experienced and proven advice on how to start and succeed in their ventures. Part of his teachings touch on being healthy to have the energy to succeed with their plans. He also has a book called Walk Through Fire, a daily devotional loaded with business advice and anecdotes -- and, yes, it's also peppered with fitness tips. Great stuff from Eric. So check it out and learn from the best in this episode. #06: An Entrepreneur's View on Staying Fit with 'Entrepreneur on Fire's' John Lee Dumas...8/15/2015
John Lee Dumas is the Founder and Host of EntrepreneurOnFire, an award winning podcast revealing the journey of today's most inspiring entrepreneurs 7-days a week. John has an incredible story of how EntrepreneurOnFire has grown and produced more than 1,000 episodes and generates over $300,000 a month in revenue in just a few short years, while offering tons of free content like his free 15-day course on Podcasting at FreePodcastCourse.com. He is also set to launch a new book entitled: The Freedom Journal.
So we invited John on the show to see how he fits in fitness, diet, and sleep into is uber busy schedule. Needless to say, he is extremely disciplined in his daily routine (partially due to his military background), which has allowed him to become the success that he is today -- and to remain fit and healthy for peak performance each day to serve his faithful audience: Fire Nation.
